Young Business Builder Spotlight
Little People Tales Publishing will select one child from all participating organizations that choose the Early Business Startup Ideas Student Learning Packet.
The selected student will receive special support to help bring their business idea to life.
How It Works
Each participating organization will complete the learning packet with their students. After the packet is completed, the organization may submit one or more student business ideas for review.
Little People Tales Publishing will review the submitted ideas and choose one child to be featured as the Young Business Builder Spotlight Winner.
The Selected Child Will Receive:
Business Idea Support
Help with organizing and developing their business idea.
Creative Branding Support
Assistance with creating a simple business name, slogan, or beginner brand concept.
Certificate of Recognition
A special award certificate celebrating their creativity, confidence, and hard work.
Featured Student Spotlight
The child may be recognized through Little People Tales Publishing promotional materials, website, or social media with parent/guardian permission.
Program Goal
This incentive program encourages children to think creatively, dream big, and understand that their ideas matter. It helps young learners build confidence, problem-solving skills, leadership, and early business thinking.

Participation in this program does not guarantee money, sales, business ownership, or financial investment. This program is designed for educational encouragement, creativity, and student recognition.

Incentive Program
Black History Report Award
To encourage strong participation, learning, and student excellence, Little People Tales Publishing will select one child to receive a $250 award for submitting the best Black History report.
Eligibility Requirements
- This incentive program is open only to students from two organizations that have purchased the learning packet.
- Each participating organization must use the Black History Heroes Since 2000 – 10-Day Program with their students.
- Student progress reports must be submitted to Little People Tales Publishing in order for students to be considered.
- Reports must be completed within the required program time period.
Award Details
- One student will be selected from the participating organizations.
- The selected student will receive $250 for having the best Black History report.
- The report should reflect:
- Understanding of the topic
- Clear effort and participation
- Creativity and strong presentation
- Good use of facts and information learned from the packet
Submission Requirement
To qualify, the following must be submitted to Little People Tales Publishing:
- Completed student progress reports
- Final Black History report
- Organization name and contact information
- Student name and age
- Parent/guardian permission, if needed
Program Purpose
This incentive program is designed to motivate students to:
- Learn about important Black History leaders and changemakers
- Strengthen research, writing, and presentation skills
- Build confidence through educational achievement
Important Note
Only students from the two organizations that purchased the learning packet will be eligible.
All progress reports must be submitted to Little People Tales Publishing for final review and award consideration.
